This is probably the most outstanding experience that I've had with a contractor/company! The manufactured product (a deck rail) was exactly what I wanted. When Owen sent me the cost estimate and his vision of the rail, I had no idea how truly beautiful it was going to be in reality. Description of Work: Construct a railing for a second floor deck.

It went very well. I expected a surface repair like I had seen elsewhere, where the lower section of the pole is cut out and replaced and where the bottom of the pole is attached by L-brackets to the surface of the patio. Owen cut into the concrete, replaced the rusted section and sunk huge bolts securing the L-brackets beneath the surface of the patio. The hole was then filled with concrete making a neat, level square around the pole. No visible brackets and a solid fix. Thanks Owen!
Description of Work: I had two metal columns supporting the flat roof of our patio that had rusted out at the bottom. It's a common problem. but I had a hard time finding a welder willing to do the work.
